Kylie Minogue: White Diamond – Reunite

After the Earls Court dates, Kylie was diagnosed and cancelled the entire tour. In 2006, after a year and a half of treatment, Kylie returned to the tour she created, yet revamped it as the Showgirl Homecoming tour. The White Diamond documentary chronicles Kylie’s reflections on the previous Showgirl experience, her return to rehearsal, and life back on the road. Her Creative Director William Baker conducts the interviews throughout the film. This clip also shows Kylie with shorter hair, as she was growing it out. It also shows her on the “first day of school,” where she’s reunited with her corps of dancers and one of her choreographers. Also of note, the dancer Jamie Karitzis, the guy in the light blue shirt with the grey wristband who is SO happy to see her he hugs her twice, has been touring with Kylie since 2003.
