This week’s Dose features the singer hosting a featurette for the organization, Dogs for the Disabled. Kylie alone is enough to make me happy, yet add the story of a differently capable young girl named Victoria, and the unconditional love and companionship of a canine, and my eyes, ears, heart and soul can’t take much more. Just like my “Dose of Minogue” has always provided for me, Victoria reflects that coming home to her “best buddy” is “…like the clouds opening and the sun coming through.” BSo
