Happy Birthday, Madonna! She just finished a show on her MDNA tour in Oslo, Norway, but here’s her performance of Girl Gone Wild in Abu Dhabi near the beginning of the tour. Just watch her go, again 53 years old at the time, dancing and holding her own with guys more than half her age. Yet she does level the playing field out a bit, as she also makes the guys don huge pairs of high heels. (Madonna has always been one for equality.) As will be obvious, take note of the “living stage” and how all the performers, in unison, navigate up, down and all around this uniquely constructed mechanical marvel.
